Shipping and payment conditions

The most convenient, fastest and most secure way is to pay via Coinbase Commerce.

It doesn’t matter whether you have a Coinbase account or not. During the checkout process, you will be securely redirected to Coinbase via a secured webhook, where you can pay either with an existing Coinbase account or with your wallet. You will then be shown a QR code or the wallet address where you can transfer the corresponding amount in your chosen cryptocurrency.

Pay via PayPal with or without an existing PayPal account (incl. PayPal Express, Debit- & Credit Card, etc.).

Delivery times

The delivery times are stated on the product detail pages and apply after receipt of payment – this excludes business customers who pay by invoice. This only applies to unrefined goods that are available from the Hamburg warehouse. If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.
